Smaller works can be packed and shipped assembled; larger ones may require some disassembly at the studio and re-assembly at destination. Pieces are designed to be taken apart in sections by removing a few bolts. Within one-day's driving distance of Northwest Connecticut work can be delivered by trailer and re-assembled on-site. Elsewhere, special arrangements for shipping and re-assembly can be made.

Wood Outdoors

The majority of my sculpture is in wood - old weathered barn siding, new wood stained and/or covered with glass mosaics. Wood withstands the elements well if it is cared for. Note the many 18th century wood houses that still weather New England winters. My sculptures are specifically designed as open and "airy", allowing circulating air to dry out moisture from rain or snow.
